You'll have a series of short one-to-one conversations, with everything organised for you — so all you need to do is turn up and talk.
Please note: ZEST Speed Dating is currently for singles aged 50–65. Our social events are open to all singles over 50.
Speed Dating is not included in the ZEST Membership.

Hi, I’m Sarah
I’m the founder of ZEST Singles.
I’ve spent most of my life bringing people together — first through hospitality, and now through ZEST.
At 13, I decided I wanted to become a Hotel Manager. I loved the idea of creating places where people felt welcome, relaxed and looked after. That instinct never left.
I founded ZEST in 2022 and have now hosted more than 400 singles events. I organise and host almost every ZEST event myself, so when you come along, you’ll know there will be a familiar, welcoming face there to greet you.
Today, I create welcoming real-life events and experiences for singles over 50 — designed to help people meet naturally, feel comfortable and enjoy genuine connection.
Outside of ZEST, I love family, old houses, France, Australia, classic cars and a good glass of wine with cheese.
